The partisan political stench emanating from Garland is nauseous. To think that this hack almost got on the Supreme Court.

Weiss is still a Justice Department employee, and his boss is Merrick Garland, whose boss is Joe Biden.

This is considered “independent” in Garlands low IQ mind??? Seriously?

Attorney General Merrick Garland may have just played his last trick card to save Joe Biden: appointing a special counsel to delay prosecution of his son Hunter.

With any luck, the official Justice Department final report on Biden family shenanigans will be released in December 2024, one month after the presidential election.

Perpetuating an investigation is the most respectable Washington cover-up scam.

Federal agencies and the Justice Department dragged out for five years the investigation of Hunter’s gun, tax and foreign influence peddling.

The statute of limitations already expired on several of his crimes, but that was OK because of the spelling of his last name.

Garland’s special counsel ruse to protect Hunter and Joe Biden stinks

Don’t be fooled.

The appointment of Delaware US Attorney David Weiss as special counsel to head the probe into first son Hunter Biden’s web of shady activities is likely no more than a complex feint by his dad and his pet attorney general, Merrick Garland.

Why else leave Weiss in charge?

Garland had claimed, essentially, that Weiss has had all the powers of a special counsel all along.

Was he lying again then — or is he lying now, by pretending the prosecutor will get new powers to investigate and bring charges?

Recall that Weiss served as point man on slow-walking the first Hunter case until after the 2020 election and the statute of limitations had expired for some of his alleged crimes.

Then he delivered a joke of a plea deal that appeared to let Hunter skate for past crimes yet to be turned up.

(The deal has since collapsed, after heroic judge Maryellen Noreika called Weiss out on it).

Indeed, Garland’s move shows the same utter contempt for the rule of law that Team Biden has shown from the start on this.

Wait a minute, so now Garland is a Biden puppet because he appointed a Trump appointee, who Trump directed to investigate the Biden’s five years ago, to extend the investigate into the President’s further?

All that is happening here is that Trump is mad because now he can’t claim the Government is ignoring all the Hunter innuendos, that there is a two tier system of Justice. McCarthy, Comer, and little Jimmy are pissed cause now they can’t boast they are leading the charge to crucify Hunter, actually, cause their Messiah is angry they haven’t come up with anything yet and now they bare second fiddle

Got to admit the MAGA militia are entertaining
