The Constitution and all the court cases are pretty clear. As the judge said to the administration lawyers, no one with an understanding of the law could possibly think that the 14th amendment means anything other than what it says. Everyone born in the US that is subject to US laws is a citizen.

Original intent is laid out quite well in US v Wong Kim Ark which was decided in the 1898. It references all the legislative arguments and how the intent was to give citizenship to everyone born in the US whose parents were subject to US laws and only exclude Indians who were subject to tribes, foreign ambassadors and foreign troops.

The Supreme Court has NO AUTHORITY to change the Constitution.

"All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside."

The meaning of the word all is obvious to most people.
The meaning of "subject to the jurisdiction" is a little harder for some to understand but if you can be arrested, tried and convicted of a crime then you are subject to the jurisdiction.
