Hate to break it to you, but Democrats counting blacks that live in districts where there is a built in guarantee a black will win based solely on demographics as anything but shooting fish in a barrel, is meaningless. The one blue district in my state and the 4 in the neighboring states to the north and south of me fit that bill. A majority minority district and you expect anything but a black to get elected. Just another example of affirmative action like thinking believing that the person got anything other than for being black.

I shutter to think what life would be like for blacks if affirmative action didn't get them things they didn't earn.
