By itself, no. It depends upon the person. Like a gun, shovel or a car, the flag is a tool. It depends upon how it is used that matters.

I have some flags hanging in my shop including those shown below. Should that be a problem for you or anyone else?

You just wished someone bodily harm... in every article about this it's mentioned that he says he did not put the flag on his porch if you really need help I can get you a link.. I don't need to lie and yes indeed I am a teacher....retired... why you continue to put the word in quotes I'm not quite sure but it's unnecessary...
