MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell says he gave $800K to Mesa County Clerk Tina Peters' defense fund, a violation of Colorado law

The asshole admits he gave and elections person who is being investigated for messing with election equipment to steal the information on them 800,000 dollars for her defense

He calls the reporter an idiot for asking

Then he admits clearly that he never met her

And calls the reporter stupid for asking that question

It’s illegal to give more than 65 dollars to them unless you know them

He just admitted he committed an 800,000 dollar crime

The largest of its type in Colorado history

ROFLMAO His best bet is to plead insanity and throw himself on the mercy of the court.

Besides, doesn't he need the money for legal fees in the defamation suits?

Colorado's Independent Ethics Commission is investigating Peters, as well, for allegations she accepted gifts for her legal defense that exceed the limit allowed by state law.

"If you are not a close friend or family member of a elected official or a public employee in Colorado, you can only give someone a gift of $65 per calendar year," Jane Feldman, former executive director of the commission, told 9NEWS.

Speaking to reporters before his address, Lindell revealed to 9NEWS that he gave as much as $800,000 to a legal defense fund for Peters.

"I just put all the money in myself," Lindell said. "I don’t know, I probably put in three, four, five, maybe 800,000 [dollars] of my own money."

The ethics gift rules apply to travel, as well. Lindell also indicated to reporters that Peters flew on his private jet in August to attend his cyber symposium, an event with several speakers offering up claims of election fraud without evidence.

The indictment argues that Peters and Knisley together lied to other Mesa County staff, as well as workers in the secretary of state’s office. It also alleges that the two committed identity theft against a local man, Gerald “Jerry” Wood, in order to give someone — the indictment doesn’t say who — access to the hard drives and the software update in his name.

It states that the women “devised and executed a deceptive scheme which was designed to influence public servants, breach security protocols, exceed permissible access to voting equipment, and set in motion the eventual distribution of confidential information to unauthorized people.

Oh good, I was waiting for a chance to do our "Lock him up!" song. I hope they do. But then, the wealthy *never* manage to be convicted and sentenced like we would if we'd done a similar thing.

She turned off security cameras and let an unknown as yet person into the building so they could steal the election information including the access codes

Then they ended up posted on line

She was running for office the whole time she was under investigation and Mike Lindell gave her 800,000 dollars to pay for her lawyers

It was an illegal gift

Very odd law. here must be some critical information that the lib who did that piece left out.

Sounds to me like it's a very good law. Would you want me giving an election official in YOUR precinct some cash, hoping that he/she would toss out ballots for the (R) candidate in exchange?

These grifters lie as easily as bees fly.

Tina Peters responds after Mike Lindell said he donated $800K to defense fund
The Colorado Secretary of State candidate said in a statement she had "no knowledge of Lindell's spending" after he said he contributed as much as $800,000.

"MESA COUNTY, Colo. — Colorado Secretary of State candidate Tina Peters now says she has no knowledge of MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell paying for her defense on felony charges related to the tampering of voting machines.

"That contradicts Peters' own word. She previously directed people to send money to Lindell for her legal defense. "

Mike is a mess. I’ve decided the “stop the steal” is mass hysteria.

This is the funniest shit, I'm sure Cocaine Mike has lawyers telling him "DO NOT under any circumstances accept an envelope someone is trying to hand you" and the other day this happened.

Served with a lawsuit on camera.

It was a campaign contribution.

Sure, lie in court so perjury can be added to his many crimes.

OTOH thanks for proving you are dishonest. I figured you were a lying POS but it's always nice to have confirmation. Kudos!
