I don't recall hearing this myth before.
Is there a deliberate point to concocting such conspicuous fiction?
They impeached Clinton, failed, and so have simply resorted to wholesale lies to justify their partisan hatred?
They can't formulate a plausible argument against Clinton by telling the truth, but bashing Clinton is a higher priority than telling the truth, so that's how we get:

I urge anyone that thinks they can make sense of this to post information from a credible source, that details it.
Of course, it would have been back in the previous millennium, and my memory has faded some.
But if "Clinton dropped bombs on iraq nearly every day for 8 years" that's a detail I'd remember.
