So did I, and my interpretation matches what this witness saw.
You didn't watch the second video then. What you watched... there were two guys, one in front of the vehicle, view on him is obstructed by the other agent. In the second video you can watch the car actually strike the agent who then fires.
I watched them all. I saw what the eye witness saw.
Then you are lying to yourself. I can see the vehicle strike the agent in the below video. If you cannot it is because you are closing your eyes.

New information on shooting, ICE instructed the woman to move and then killed her for complying.
She was terrified because ICE is so brutal to the people they encounter. She wanted to go home. This was all too big and ugly for her to handle calmly. They had her license plate no. They could have gone after her later. Can they justify this shooting? Sure, to people who trust the police.
The police killing was unnecessary.
