In many cases, the fraud was done under the cover of claiming it was spending for the Somalis, but that was just cover, the actual Somali immigrants had nothing to do with it, and no knowledge of the fraud committed. The perps just used the Race-Card of the Somalis as cover, to prevent anyone from looking at all at the theft.

I am hooked on a couple of podcasts that are directly in the eye of the beast in MN. Believe me, the feds already have 24 separate investigations into OTHER forms of fraud involving the Somali community and the misuse of Federal Medicaid funds. These are in addition to the $450 million that was uncovered over a decade ago.

We can thank Tampon Tim for his ineptitude, as now there are a handful of other blue states being forced to examine how money is being spent on these "care" centers. Maine, Washington, and Massachusetts have all come to "discover" that the Somalis have an inordinate stranglehold on that business segment in many states.

This is not going away soon.
