They do not need a lot of votes. Just enough in critical precincts has done the job. Vouching is one way, and the other "tool" the Minnesota democrat legislature has given them is ballot farming.

Then when it is over, they'll ask for "proof"... knowing full well that the law doesn't allow the collection of any evidence because they codified fraud into the election.
