IMO, that’s a major strategic error since it slows down the investigations and the trials to stretch over both 2022 and 2024. This means they could be handing the Democrats more wins in both elections just like they did in 2020.

But they're also laying the groundwork for a simple overturn of election results in a number of states. I don't think these laws make it through the courts, but there seem to be a lot of irons in a lot of fires right now.

I believe they'll succeed in the mid terms, which is their number one consideration.

OR...we'll see massive turnout by Democrat voters, overturned results, and a shitload of litigation to determine who holds the House/Senate.
