The problem is not that Willard failed to pay taxes due, its that he was able to work so many loopholes that he owed 0 in taxes. I never said he did not file his taxes, I said he paid 0 in taxes. Are you incapable of higher thought?

Anyway, Romney would, as this is income, be subject to the alternative minimum tax rules. He would have to be below the exemption levels if he "paid nothing" if such was the case he wasn't making the kind of money you expect him to have made.
