Do you know how long it takes to move 150 feet when waiting for hours to vote? 150 feet applies to any solicitation, campaign sign, or any other political activity. Handing out water is now illegal. It has nothing to do with campaigning. Thankfully, many precincts will not prosecute the law.
Yes. I do. I have been an election judge ever since I left the military in 1992. I also know that if you want water from one of those folks you can easily walk back there and get it (if there are folks giving out water there). Folks will save your spot in line. If precincts are not following the law then they set themselves up for claims of voter intimidation, fraud, etc. allowed by the polling judges. 150 feet is not huge, but it can seem so when you are the one to which the intimidation may be applied.
the number one thing I know, you literally thought that I couldn't give you water... I proved you wrong, then you moved the goal posts. Like LV426 you are being dishonest. You know that these laws have a reasonable purpose and exist because historically they protected folks.
