If they weren't arrested (people who are arrested usually broke the law, no? DUH!), why do they need to post bail?
No peaceful protesters were arrested, were there? Just goes to show who doesn't understand written English
As I said, often times peaceful protesters get swept up and are booked, and have to make bail. Two of my professors had this happen to them at Standing Rock. A year later all the charges were dropped, but they did need to post bail to get out. One of my dear activist friends, a tiny (she's 4'11") elderly (83) Jewish lady who marched with BLM in downtown STL after the Ferguson events, was also arrested and had to make bail. Again, all charges were dropped later. She was merely part of a peaceful group that the police rounded up as they tried to quell incipient violence.
Maybe you should come out of your trailer now and then and talk to real life ppl, instead of getting all of your bizarre beliefs from crackpot sites like the one you quoted.

Bullshit. Peaceful protesters don't block streets, they don't burn, loot and pillage small businesses or tear down monuments.
They had their peaceful protests here, maybe a dozen or so showed up. They stood on the street corner with their BLM signs
and caused no trouble, no trouble came upon them. NO arrests. A few motorists asked why ALL lives don't matter, they had no answer...

To racists like Toxic Top, there is NO protest that *any* black person can make -- whether it is kneeling before a football game, marching with a protest sign, helping to bail out detainees, providing food and water to protesters, writing letters to the editor or comments in favor of BLM on social media, joining in prayer and in action with other like-minded individuals -- that will meet her exacting standards. Not too long ago she claimed that "none of my black neighbors have ever felt oppressed." That is clearly a lie, because 1) it's impossible to be a truth, and 2) no one goes around asking their neighbors "Have you ever felt oppressed?" She's the most vile of all racists -- the kind who pretends not to be, but cannot name a single way that a POC can protest inequality that she agrees with... because she can see no inequality.
