What part of the Constitution has he violated?

He Federalized the California National Guard and the Marines are under his command. He is the Commander-in-Chief.

Troop movements are his to order.

Get a clue, President Trump is protecting the citizens of California and, as usual, you are on the wrong side of an 80%-20% issue.

Heck McConnell even came out and said The evidence that was presented showed Trump DID what they charged him with but he was NOT going to up hold the oath he took and was not going to vote to remove Trump.
IF McConnell and several other Senators HAD kept that oath we wouldn't be having the problems we are now.

How about sharing our secrets with Russians and Chinese?
As I have asked many of tomes how do we KNOW for SURE Trump did not give or sell the 12 Russians / Putin or those Chinese some of our secrets when he had those meeting where he did NOT want another American in those meetings for some reason.
As the CIA / FBI / NSA said it seems really funny that not long after he had the meeting with the Russians a lot of our deep cover agents started coming up missing and some found killed and that hurt our deep cover ops and trying to recruit more deep cover agents to work for us.

An IT specialist employed by the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) was arrested today for attempting to transmit national defense information to an officer or agent of a foreign government.

According to court documents, Laatsch became a civilian employee of the DIA in 2019, where he works with the Insider Threat Division and holds a Top Secret security clearance. In that email, the sender wrote that he did not “agree or align with the values of this administration” and was therefore “willing to share classified information” that he had access to, including “completed intelligence products, some unprocessed intelligence, and other assorted classified documentation.”

Social unrest is often an accumulation of social ills. Social concerns about the BBB is just one of the factors here. Trump's desire for an autocratic oligarchy is another. Sending thugs dressed in black and wearing masks to break into homes and whisk away mothers and cancer kids is another.

It's important to note that the protests aren't called "No Deportations" but "No Kings". Americans don't like dictators and kings are dictators.
