U.S. Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., said he was attacked by a "crazed mob" of more than 100 people after leaving the White House following President Trump's acceptance speech at the Republican Convention.

"Just got attacked by an angry mob of over 100, one block away from the White House, he wrote on Twitter early Friday. "Thank you to @DCPoliceDept for literally saving our lives from a crazed mob."

Bret said something to the effect that with the Left today what we have is basically people who dont know what they are doing (the activists who are sure that they are brilliant because they have always been told that but honestly they dont know shit) fucking around with a nuclear reactor trying to make it better.

Threads like this make me think more and more that certain people are paid to do this. But why JPP? It isn't going to affect anyone.

The people in the streets are clueless lemmings. Literally, useful idiots.

People like Pelosi know this. She also knows Rand Paul is her peer in the senate and that could easily be her requiring police protection just to get to her car. Imagine how that would get reported.

Imagine how bad Trump would lose the election if Trump supporters had been out in the streets doing every up to and including murder—all summer.

Democrats may not be directly responsible for creating this monster but they enabled it because—because, I don’t know why, frankly. I guess because they thought it would help keep the black vote.

But Democrats have spent the summer appeasing the mob. They richly deserve to pay for it in November.

Is the Senate gone so far down the hole they don’t speak to each other as ‘my republican peers across the aisle’? They’re all members of the same body—they’re peers.

Think Pelosi will say it’s simply unacceptable for one of her peers in the Senate to feel his life may be threatened by an angry mob? And isn’t that Paul’s wife with him?
