This reflects the large role of re-exported goods originating in other countries (or originating in one NAFTA partner, arriving in the United States, and then returned or re-exported to the other partner without substantial transformation).

The NAFTA agreement you doofuses just boasted about would let Mexico export to the United States through Canada, so shutting down the border isn't going to shutter Mexican plants...it's going to just harm the businesses that rely on trade across the southern border.
