The Post journalists reported that Azar "could barely get a word in before Trump started shouting" at him over e-cigarettes during that January phone call.

Azar, then the head of the Health and Human Services Department, failed to get through to the president. He had been on shaky ground with Trump, who was still upset over a recent health policy that banned most flavored electronic cigarettes. The move had angered Trump's base, and the president thought it would cost him his reelection

For more than a year, we've been telling the Darth's of this board that trump knew about Covid in January. He was briefed on the 3rd, but nobody believes that briefings of any sort were able to break through the layers of fat in trump's head.

The fact that Azar spelled it out on Jan. 15 speaks volumes. It proves that trump did absolutely nothing but plot to hide the trump virus from the public

Err, the "government is awash in vaccine doses. So much so they are passing them out all over the world.
Stop pretending that President Trump moved heaven and earth to get this vaccine out by cutting red tape and incenting the development from as many sources as possible.

He didn’t move Heaven and Earth, he signed a piece of paper. I have acknowledged his doing so, but you must acknowledge his efforts fell short getting people vaccinated.

Beginning in mid-December 2020 they were just starting to be distributed on a limited basis.
Stop blaming Trump for not getting the country vaccinated by Jan 20, 2021. As far as that goes, Biden still has a long way to go to complete what Trump started.
Trump signing a piece of paper and cutting the red tape is what allowed these products to be distributed as quickly as they were. We American taxpayers pre-paid 10 companies to speed up the development of these products.
