I just watched the whole thing. He did not trash anyone. He pretty much said that Trump is guilty of obstruction though.

There was lots of coordination between the Trump campaign and the Russian Government. Trump has plausible deniability.

There were 10 incidences of Obstruction, and the action to take as a result of that is up to Congress because the Justice Department has a policy against indicting a sitting president.

The Special Council does not charge you moron. They gather evidence and then present that evidence to the Justice Department. The Justice Department did not feel the evidence warranted anything further.
