It is true that Trump has brought into our executive branch many of the facets of fascism. He checks most boxes you can name.

Most importantly the constant lying and intellectual corruption.

Also the authoritarian fixation, the demagoguery, the one stop shop govt sanctioned Fox news outlet, and the demonization of non-whites within and without the USA.

And it is wholly unnecessary to do while still pursuing the basic America first agenda. You could easily tout isolationism and bread and butter issues and decry leaky borders without any of that. You don't need to lie all the time about every damn thing to tighten borders up and limit immigration. You don't have to put kids in cages and separate families to do it. You don't have to threaten licenses of news outlets to support dirty old school energy.


So yes, you can deconstruct fascism and identify the parts and then ask of this administration, have they brought more of that, or less.
The answer from any HONEST person is more. But of course they won't admit that. They are, after all, fascists. They lie. That's the biggest part of it.

It fascinates me how the trumpers worship 'success', whether it is of Trumpf, Al Capone, the most expensive call-girl in Texas of the Dictator of Turkey. People like saints or those tortured to death by sadists are 'losers', and they will go back desperately to history to find a group they can associate with an opponents who 'lost' (by dying to stop Franco or the like, for instance). Can anyone seriously argue that we can really distinguish those who think thus from those who went along with Hitler?
