It's a factory built car with a glass body, a period correct FE with 515 HP.
There's one manufacturer that makes the aluminum bodies (Kirkham) and
they're made in Poland I believe, they make them for Shelby American too.
There were only 998 original Cobras built. "New" ones from Shelby American
come in both glass and aluminum and carry a "continuation" CSX number.
I'd say most of us Cobra owners would prefer an aluminum car, but a good
one will run around $150,000 (so will the CSX glass bodied cars too), but
they are easily dented and scratched.
My car was built in Gadsden AL. by Unique Motorcars, it's solid as a rock,
and scary fast!
