If we learned anything, it was that we were correct in our assessment that Obama was a highly qualified and competent candidate for President, no matter what color is skin was.

He proved that, by being an above average President and exponentially better than his stumble-bum predecessor, Bush.

I fall back on the old adage that politics is Hollywood for ugly people. However there is truth in what you said. With such a small sample size of women at the President and VP level we don't have much data but if Abrams is selected for VP we'll find out if her weight issues are treated differently because she's a woman.

I would like to believe Pence is better than that, but his actions most often lead me to believe I'm probably wrong... Sadly like so many others, his beliefs have been trumped by his politics..

So the story goes: Poor Pence the martyr is sacrificing himself so that trump will enact God's will, like packing the courts aka THROUGH THE LAW!! Eventhough Jesus explicitly condemned those that used the law to lay burdens on the backs of others, they themselves were unwilling to carry.......

It is their failure in fulfilling what He commanded-the great commission, which they are attempting to overcompensate for via the law..

& that is even generous, as it assumes they have made an attempt to actually fulfill..........
