No, the title of this thread is the exact wording of Evans-Pritchard's article on the front page of The Telegraph this morning.

Now, what's his angle - any ideas? He is implying that Starr and Kavanaugh distorted/suppressed information in the Vince Foster case. If they did that, was it to cover up for the Clintons? If so, why?
