Back to practical defenses... paint ball guns. Just cover all the windows of the Assault Vehicle, to the point that the driver cannot see to guide the car into an ICE Officer.

Nobody hurt, threat removed.

For an immediate response, just use hardware store cans of spray paint.

Make sure you leave enough edge of window open glass, so you can see what the activist is doing, maybe going for a gun, etc.

If someone assaults an ICE officer, in a car, or just walking... Douse them with two gallons of White Paint.

No one killed, threat removed.
