I was thinking along the same lines. That said, if you have a mobile station, would their suit still stand? Because the only way for everyone to have the same period of time is if the polling station is available to everyone for the same period. I would be curious to see how dispersed the 7700 registered voters are in that county. I think knowing that would help us to create a solution.

Again, already answered. What does equal rights mean to you? If every county gets 40 days to vote early and ONE county gets 6 days, is that equal?

Especialy since:
1. It is the poorest of all counties.
2. It is 80% democrat.
3. It is an indian reservation.
