Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov stated that any peace agreement with Ukraine must include:
1. Ukraine's recognition of the territories it has lost to Russia as Russian territory.
2. A commitment that Ukraine will not join NATO.
3. Security guarantees for Ukraine, as outlined in the Istanbul agreement.
