NC abortion law

if you are a jehova's witness doctor that doesn't believe in transfusions, I guess you can no longer be compelled by the state to inform a patient they might need a transfusion?

He should inform the patient because he is a doctor and if that is a procedure that will save his patients life then he must give them the information despite his personal belief. He should not be required to perform the procedure, unless he is the only one there to do it. If he doesn't, I believe it is man slaughter.

so in one situation a doctor must be compelled to a certain form of speech. but not in another situation.
