She's at an appointment but don't worry...I've sent her a yurt alert. She will make it her business to see to this issue presently. And i wouldn't want to be those three when she gets here. Whoever those three may be. I know for a fact she is going to be looking to scalp someone for this outrage.

Update: rana has received my yurt alert. Thank god we thought ahead and set up this rather complex system. She has texted me her response. Just as I suspected she is furious. I had to calm her down. It's not often you see rana mad enought to use language like this. I wouldn't want to be those three when she finally gets to a computer yurt. Be calm! You will be avenged!
