In order to vote you must be an American citizen. Some states allow municipalities to allow noncitizens to vote in local elections if they pass rules to do it.

Illegals can already vote in some cities in America and states like MN are putting a driver's license for all law into effect that has no designation as to legal or illegal will in effect allowing them to present their ID and receive a ballot which will then be harvested and stuffed in an early voting ballot box.

Okay, fine. Require the school administration to contact ICE and report the presence of children of illegal alien parents in the school-- eg., report the parents to ICE. After all, that way the school's administrators aren't party to a crime.

Yep. It isn't your or my problem, and it shouldn't be, that their parents made bad decisions and broke the law. Not being citizens or here legally, every effort should be made to arrest, try, convict, and deport them.

It is legal to have these children in school and absolutely no need to report them. Why would you report children who are legally in school? In fact, the school administration is not allowed to ask any child or any parent if they are in this country illegally. The school does not know who may be here illegally.

I would report their criminal parents for being here illegally. The school can demand the parents produce proof of citizenship when registering their child. There is nothing preventing that other than idiot state and local laws produced by radical Leftists, like you, to prevent it because you want to aid and abet a crime.
