New Flash. Arizona Surpasses Mississippi as dumbest State in the Nation

Well someone did some research and it seems it is ok to refuse service. Not just in AZ.but most of the country (see drudge update). Mott is not a guy ? Mentions "my" birth control.

I left a message, on the Governor's voice mail, and stated that I thought this was a bad decision; because it doesn't just allow discrimination against homosexuals, it also would allow other avenues of people being able to discriminate.
Muslim shop owners could refuse to sell to women; because the contact is severely limited.
A shop owner could refuse to sell to someone who's divorced.
Those who believe in White Power, preach in their religion that Blacks and Jews are not to be affiliated with.
This list could go on and on and on.

I also said that it was my opinion that if she signs this law, that it's going to be shot down by the Supreme Court.

All good arguments. I can see a tremendous amount of tax payers money utterly wasted on litigation over this law.

In addition there's also the issue of divisiveness that it would foster that's just plain unhealthy.

This was a stupid move, by someone trying to appease certain constitutes, without taking a few minutes and thinking about it.
I also think that the Court's ruling, in another State, over a business refusing to bake a cake for someone, was stupid.

I as a business owner have the right to either deal with others or not and as long as I'm not in violation of a law; then it's my risk to take, if I alienate myself from the public.

You can force or change opinions, by legislation.
