I have heard libertarians argue this condition for legalization of drugs first hand and watched as it chased away one good advocate after the other and created paralysis. I am beginning to think that was the point all along and that these CLOWNS were nothing but GOP plants. Or maybe the clown was honest and did not see how he was being played for a fool.
They say, "oh yeah, I support legalizing drugs but only after we end welfare and make sure there are no government needle exchanges or rehabs." It is bullshit and nothing but a lie.
So again I say, "oh yeah, I would support your right to bear arms but only after we end corporate welfare and make sure no government medical care is given to gunshot victims, criminal, self inflicted or those stupid enough to hunt with Cheney." I say it KNOWING it is bullshit.
We will never be rid of welfare COMPLETELY, in any of its forms. We can either push forward on what is achievable or sit around in our bunkers and bars jerking each other to pictures of Palin with a machine gun. Those who are in the second group ARE NOT libertarians. They are fat whiners. Let them cry in their beer.

The fact is, that the original libertarians failed along with the south due to dependency on welfare in the form of SLAVERY. It destroyed the legacy of my favorite, Jefferson, though his personal writings and internal struggles on the issue were used almost verbatim by Harriet Beecher Stowe. After slavery ended, many in the south then tried to continue that with Jim Crow. These COWARDS were afraid of a free black man disciplined by poverty taking their place. They are just as afraid of a white man disciplined by poverty. They will try to convince these young white men that it's all the minorities fault and they some times succeed. But that just burns out their young idiots with hate until they turn into another FAT loser. They are afraid of losing their positions now.
Rockwell and Rothbard tried to hitch the libertarian movement to those who wanted a race war. They destroyed Paul with the echoes of their ghost written hate. They are losers and must be left to the dust bin of history. Still some remain bitter that the good parts of Rothbard failed. They agitate and obstruct and pray for economic collapse. They expect that they will finally win with a new civil war. But they will only lose for the same reasons they lost before.
Capitalism does not mesh with anti-science and hate. Every major city in the South that has any productive capacity and, soon the states in which they sit, will abandon these racist losers. Look at where Obama is winning in the south.
Move to the hinterlands and Siberia you old fat dinosaurs. That is the only place your message may fool another generation. But that won't work either.
In Florida they have passed their idiotic stand your ground law. This was meant to allow them to KILL unsuspecting young men who could be agitated into striking out at their fucking bullshit. It is hard to believe they are libertarians. Instead they seem to be Nazi morons that fell for NIXON'S gambit. They pick the losing side over and over and over again. And who do they blame, minority women, i.e., in coded terms welfare queens.
