I am not, I went a different way. You think there is only one road and you have to step in this pile of dung like everybody else or you can't get there, but there are different paths to the same place, ones that don't involve you hitting the old man with the car or me watching and doing nothing. Shoot there are even paths where folks help that old man, or take his place.

You attempt to gaslight me into choosing to eat a turd by saying if I choose anything else it is "just like" eating several turds not just the one. But it simply is not.

Which of Trumps policys did you not like.

Building the wall and slowing illegal immigration
No new Wars and making a deal to end the war in Afghanistan
Holding China accountable Tariffs etc
Reducing taxes
Bring manufacturing jobs back to America by reducing corporate taxes.
Fewer regulations
Energy independence.
Expediting two new vaccines in record breaking time.

I realize you are a less than fan of Trump's personality but I'm worried about mean tweets I'm more concerned about policy. So again what policy of his do you dislike and it does not have to be on my list.

It isn't what I liked or didn't like in policy, there are many republicans who would be great in policy and wouldn't have the problems that come with the child king that is Trump.

Trump has proven that he is so disliked that he can lose to a dementia patient that isn't even running a serious campaign. He has given no plan, no suggestion, nothing that shows he has any way to get past this problem, he has done nothing at all to make folks that aren't republicans like him more, he has done nothing to show he has a plan to get past the "shenanigans" he insists made him lose. If he does not come up with something to show he will get a different result, no matter what the polls say now it will be like the "red wave" and the nation will lose.

When the choice is between the dementia patient and the guy who lost to the dementia patient in the last election, my betting money will be on the guy who won the last election, because they will do the same thing that got them elected the last time and Trump shows no understanding of this problem and gives no plan to overcome it. In short, like Trump doesn't like veterans who got captured, I do not like losers who lose elections.

Joe will not be representing the Democrats in 2024... perhaps he and Diane can combine retirement parties... when you have to be told when to vote and where to go and what to say and and no longer function independently it's time to step aside.

If it is a choice between only two viable candidates, Id take a vegetable against someone who has proven a willingness to subvert Democracy to stay in power. Someone who has said he will appoint a yes man to the DOJ and someone who has called for suspending portions of the Constitution.

If Joe Biden is able to perform in a debate, Trump supporters are making a terrible mistake with the dementia angle.

Again sounds like you are speaking about Trump, who is much worse, but I think the Right will push him anyway, unless his legal issues stop him.

Personally i hope neither Biden or Trump run. Trump is the worse of the two but they are both, well past their prime.

Trump will almost certainly think Feinstein is his ex wife Marla Maples and just follow her off into the sunset.

Biden is doing a great job. I like him better than Clinton and Obama.

So you like his policies and dislike his personality. If DeSantis is still around when the primary gets to Texas I will vote for him. The way I see things we have a binary choice. If Trump is the GOP candidate I'll vote for him. At least he didn't have trannies flashing their fake boobs on the WH lawn or playing dress up as the Surgeon General. I don't think we can risk another 4 years of the insanity of the Biden administration. I can't imagine how bad the immigration problem would get. To me Avoiding Risk to America > Personality Dislike. So I will cast my vote in the manner that is most likely to defeat the Democrat party candidate.

Um do you realize we had a world wide pandemic and the US economy was excelling prior to the pandemic. And Trump policy helped get us TWO vaccines in a record breaking time. And Trump started no wars and made a deal to end the war in Afghanistan and withdrew many many more troops from Afghanistan than Biden did. Biden botched the withdrawal from Afghanistan and now has us on the verge of nuclear war with Russia.
 
Man, today he got George W. Bush and Jeb Bush mixed up. He said Jeb Bush got us into the Middle East.

This is my dilemna:
Dems always nominate those that reward the irresponsible and penalize the responsible, so I never vote for a dem in nat'l elections. Consequently it doesn't matter to me that Brandon is essentially a mummy.
Trump is so utterly distasteful to me that I cannot in good conscience vote for him even though most of his policies were sound. Were is the key word here. I'm concerned about his mental health now. Before he had several personality disorders.
As far as him declaring martial law, you and I both know that is dishonest and laughable. I remember dems on an old board saying how Bush Jr. was going to somehow make himself president for life. Laughable back then, as now.
In the end, Trump or Brandon will be president for four years at most after the next election. The country will survive. It survived Trump, in fact we were doing quite well before the China Flu lockdowns.
If Trump gets elected I just hope Ukraine does. Because as most of us are aware, Trump is very much pro-Russia in their war.
