New Study: Men take pleasure in seeing those deemed "unfair" punished

Why do women love bad people as much as good people? This explains why they like "bad boys".

People who treat others unfairly should be shunned by our society, but to women, their is nothing wrong with treating them the same as others.

Thanks, women!

That's because women actually think that they can change someone into who they want them to be and then they complain when he is who he is.

Vengeance seeking behavior has more to do with establish a reputation for fearfulness, and thus establishing dominance, than enforcing societal rules. It is not surprising that men seek it more often, given their increased tendency to dominance establishing behavior. That's why it's so often disproportionate, in fact, the slobbering masses are only enthralled by vastly disproportionate reactions, specifically because they are seeking this fantasy of establishing individual reputation and dominance. A person who reacted proportionality would be a pansy, someone who seeks the good of society rather than their own personal glorification. A trial is a waste of time, because that only slows things down, and that reduces the amount of reputation to be gained. In fact, the guilt or innocence of the person in question is of little relevance because this is, again, simply a reputation establishing device. As long as it is thought they are guilty, then all is good. Other thoughts such as the possibility of reform and thus the persons future possible worth to society, or the feelings of the family of the accused, are also of no relevance. This is how vengeance differs from a system of justice, a system of justice seeks the societal good, a system of vengeance seeks the individual good. It is really a sign of our fraying, decadent society, in which no one trusts any one any more and there is no thought of us, only I, that justice is now mocked, and vengeance mindlessly glorified, woe be to those who think otherwise.

You do realize that you've just described the liberals attitude towards Zimmerman.

HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA

The ones who behave like that aren't forgiving, they're naive.

Nah. I really think it's an innate desire to reproduce. If ancient females shunned the males that were unfair to their fellow humans they may have risked possibly not mating with said unfair males( probably the leaders of their clans).

It's got to be something deep in their pshyche that drives them to want males that society says are dangerous.

Epidemiology

Antisocial personality disorder is seen in 3% to 30% of psychiatric outpatients.[1][13] The prevalence of the disorder is even higher in selected populations, like prisons, where there is a preponderance of violent offenders.[37] A 2002 literature review of studies on mental disorders in prisoners stated that 47% of male prisoners and 21% of female prisoners had antisocial personality disorder.[38] Similarly, the prevalence of ASPD is higher among patients in alcohol or other drug (AOD) abuse treatment programs than in the general population (Hare 1983), suggesting a link between ASPD and AOD abuse and dependence.[39]

Millions of sociopaths

It's impossible to know exactly how many people are sociopaths. They are both men and women. They are found in all segments of society, all walks of life. What you really need to know is that there are millions of them, they can be anywhere, and watch out.

Dr. Robert Hare estimates that 1% of the population in North America are psychopaths, the term that he uses. The population of the United States is more than 305 million. That means, according to his standards, there are more than 3 million psychopaths in the country.

A related diagnosis is antisocial personality disorder (ASPD). This is the term used by the American Psychiatric Association Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders.

Mental health professionals generally estimate that 3% of men and 1% of women in the United States have ASPD. That would be 4.5 million men and 1.5 million women, for a total of 6 million people. Psychiatrists generally refer to these people as sociopaths.
Dr. Hare believes ASPD has a broader definition than psychopath. In other words, he says all psychopaths have ASPD, but not everyone diagnosed with ASPD a psychopath.

In The Sociopath Next Door, Dr. Martha Stout says 4% of the population are sociopaths. That would add up to 12 million of them in the United States.

As you can see, estimates are all over the place. The Lovefraud Risk Calculator only projects the number of sociopaths in a community. The calculation assumes that between 1% and 4% of the U.S. population are psychopaths or sociopaths.

I say it due to the social structure of the past.

Women raising children.

You cant fake loving a child.

shitty moms got heaved out of society or killed outright.

fewer offspring means those genes did not get past.

Male sociopaths in the past could rape with near impunity.

passing on the genes

And yet they still complain about how he just won't change.
