When it comes to radical muslims targeting civilians one has to remember our governments are elected by the people. In other words we, you and me and every other citizen, are viewed as being responsible for the acts committed by our governments. That differs in how we view countries such as Iraq under Saddam. We assume the citizens neither authorized nor approved of Saddam's actions so there was no reason to target civilians.

Well, I naturally condone such thinking as it is correct. Political systems in the west are set up in such a way that the people are capable of removing a leader who interfers in other countries just as the opposite side of the coin is the citizens can not be held responsible for governments they did not appoint.

Was it underwater or had it been transported to an alternate dimension? Because I'm pretty sure the North American continent has "existed" for quite a while.
