New York City Extends Smoking Ban To E-Cigarettes

Then THEY can fucking leave. They can go to a fucking business that caters to them. Because you don't get to fucking tell me what to do on MY private property. I'm going to start a restaurant where smoking is MANDATORY.
LOL Good idea. Make it a private club though. I used to go to the Rino Club in Charlotte which is a true Gentlemans club (not a go-go bar). Suit and tie required. Charlotte also has the no smoking in public facilities but sicne this is a private club I could go there, get a nice Fuentes and a 12 yo single malt and have conversations with interesting people.

You're another fake scientist. The report wasn't published, a story about the report was published. Two different things. And that has nothing to do with who paid for it. Or whether or not the study was propaganda or just plain hooey!

Get stuffed, pompous prat.

The Journal of the National Cancer Institute (JNCI) is a peer-reviewed medical journal covering research in oncology that was established in August 1940. It is published twice per month by Oxford University Press and is edited by Carmen J. Allegra. It was merged with Cancer Treatment Reports in January 1988. JNCI used to be the official journal of the National Cancer Institute (NCI), however in 1996 the NCI and JNCI agreed to grow apart. Over the next five years, JNCI became independent of the NCI.

A related publication is Journal of the National Cancer Institute Monographs (JNCI Monographs), established in 1959, which publishes manuscripts from cancer and cancer-related conferences, as well as groups of papers on specific subjects related to cancer. In January 1986, Cancer Treatment Symposia was merged with JNCI Monographs.

You can smoke outside... with the other bums...

I don't smoke, but I'm about to start chain smoking cigars and blowing the smoke directly into the lungs of other people who are hypocritical nanny state pussies. What the fuck happened to private property rights?
Can't wait to here about you getting your ass beat nancy boy.

Not really. Hell I smoke cigars...about two a week...but it doesn't take to much imagination to figure out that most people don't want to breath my second hand smoke. So as a matter of courtesy I don't smoke around them.

As for your link...Come on Tom. Forbes? Seriously? You're going to site Forbes?

I vape in my office all day long and have for three years.....no one has even noticed....

Mott is a complete statist. Anything a (liberal) government says should be illegal is fine with him.
Wow Soc....sometimes you can be a total moron. That's just psychological projection on your part cause you'll kiss the ass and lick the bunghole out of anyone with an inane and stupid so-called libertarian idea no matter how, inept or bad the idea is.

We live in a democracy and if the majority of the people in a community don't want to smell someone elses noxious smoke in a public place, I'm ok with that. It's called manners. Not that I ever met any anarcholibertarian who ever knew what the hell those are.

Try do what I do. Smoke your cigar in private where it doesn't bother other people. Again, it's called "manners" in case you're not familiar with the concept.

Here you go Soc...see what I mean about the manners thing or lack there of? LOL

It's not a public place anymore than your garage is a public place.
