I was recently watching a YouTube where a dealer on the East Coast said that he takes $400 in precursor ingredients from China and turns it into $100,000 of fentanyl. I have read elsewhere that all of it comes from China, American manufactures no longer make it.

This looks like a CCP destroy America from with-in program.
