She told a story about someone who does not exist to make people distrust the vaccine. It zeroed in on young people claiming the Covid vaccine swells your balls up and stops you from having a kid. That is made directly at the young group who follows her music. But it is not true. The person she claims has the problem does not exist. the Trinidad medical authorities said there was no such case. That has never been a side effect of the vaccine. It is for ivermectin though.
