I don't "need" to prove that Biden allowed craptons of people in, gave them court dates, and those people were the ones gaining healthcare insurance from the marketplace that was then reimbursed by the federal government. We all know that it happened.
Having an open border doesn't make them legal immigrants, it tends to get useful idiots to believe that they are not illegals though; it just means that, under the advice of the Biden Administration they lied about the need for amnesty.

Well, for starters, the whole mess with health insurance paying for healthcare started during WW 2 with FDR slapping wage and price controls on everything. As there was a labor shortage, and employers couldn't offer higher wages, they offered 'wages-in-kind' like free health insurance to employees. These benefits remained in place after the war and then expanded to more companies.
That's one example of how the government created this mess.
