'No Kings' protests return Saturday across the Triangle; expect traffic delays

That depends on the state you live in. In my state the officer asks what kind of gun it is and how often you go to the range. Unlike blue states where they disarm the law abiding while doing nothing to stop criminals from having guns, redder states don't mind law abiding citizens defending themselves. So, what you say may be true for whatever fucked up Democrat, fascist, dictatorship of a state you live in, but it isn't true everywhere in the US.

Not in Arizona. I can carry a loaded pistol in my vehicle anywhere I want so long as it is in a holster. I usually, on the odd occasion when I have it in the vehicle, keep it in a pocket on the door, in a holster with 10 to 15 rounds in the magazine along with one or two spare magazines but don't put a round in the chamber.

The most a cop will ask is for me to hand it over while he deals with me, which is fine. When we're done, he hands it back, and I'm on my way.

I just got back from our No King Protest and March in Dayton Ohio, it was a great turn out with lot's anti-Trump signs too?!1
Met some nice people too?!! I hope I'm was part of the largest protest in American history too?!!(y)
My wife and I marched in Austin. Great turnout but I haven’t seen any numbers. There was a drone flying a few hundred feet up so it might have been taking a survey.
