over all, i'd say about 90% of the complaints I read about are resolved as unfounded.

have you considered that those complaints may be unfounded, it is not like criminals to lie

yet even if only 10% are true, that is way to many

that is why civilian review boards are necessary along with internal affairs

I discredit and discount alot of complaints for that very reason. The examples I cite usually have some sort of video evidence to go with it or corroborating eye witness testimony.

I agree, but then we have to fight police unions and their supporters whose only criticism is that we should walk a mile in their shoes....
