Oh yeah, that's right, you really got me! I forgot that in 2010, Republicans took control of the Alabama legislature for the first time since Reconstruction. Thanks for the correction and reminder. Here's hoping the trend continues in 2012!

Now, can we all get behind nominating Chelsea... we really do need to replace a dead Ambassador!

Nah, I'm more interested in current events. We really do need to get that Ambassador replaced, and I think Chelsea is about ready for such a gig! Here I am trying to be bipartisan and help out the daughter of a prominent Democrat, and you just want to dwell on the past. I am disappointed.
