I think the ball should really be in the Biden administration's court here. It should be them that can produce the e-mails, memos, notes, and other physical evidence that much of the autopen signatures authorized were actually authorized. If all they have is their verbal word, and many under oath taking the 5th, I'd say there is ample room to question the validity of those signatures.

Taking the fifth doesn’t mean guilt, Trump did it over 130 times in one Court hearing, and another’s word is good until proven erroneous, as I said, no one can disprove that which has yet to be proven
