Trump is a spitballer, so it's hard to compare. It's hard because he doesn't really have concerns or stances outside his own enrichment and what's right in front of his nose at any given moment. He'll flop back and forth like a fish out of water on just about any issue. So, don't ever say you agree with him, because Trump only carries a stance for whatever suits him at the moment.

Marijuana should be restricted to potency. The marijuana today is too strong.
It should be regulated like cigarettes. No kids and rules as to strength. You should also be allowed to grow it, for home use.

Hybridization to increase the strength should be illegal. Restricting strength only to allow stronger strains is just dumb.
Prison reform, psychedelics, marijuana, and I can’t remember the Iraq war.
On those, what he’s done was in the correct direction, but not perfect.
Explain to me, please, the difference between a a schedule 4 classification and a schedule 1 classification?

Schedule one can never be prescribed (no medical use) and schedule 4 can be prescribed. Schedule 4 is thought to have low abuse potential. Xanax, Soma, Darvon, Darvocet, Valium, Ativan, Talwin, Ambien, Tramadol however I have seen people abusing Xanax, Valium, and Ambien.
