Here's the thing about any drugs, including alcohol and tobacco:
If people want to fuck themselves up, they are going to fuck themselves up. You can't stop it. Black market capitalism is just as immortal as open market capitalism. The fact that a market becomes a black market changes nothing.
The ban on alcohol only wound funding organized crime.
The UK's ban on tobacco will do the same.
Guess who is providing all the street drugs and what those drugs are funding? Organized crime!
Banning drugs isn't the solution. Encouraging people to do something better with their lives is the solution.
Holding people responsible for the damage they cause others from their drug use is part of that solution.
As for the damage they cause themselves? Well, that's their own hell.

It is DEMOCRATS supporting Somalis that steal taxpayer money. It is DEMOCRATS that run the Eco Industrial Complex and the Homeless Industrial Complex, a set of kickback schemes to pay for DEMOCRATS. It is DEMOCRATS that supported the SLPC. It is DEMOCRATS imposing hefty carbon taxes.
It is DEMOCRATS that riot, loot, commit fraud, commit insurrection, support organized crime, and harbor illegal aliens. ALL of these are crimes.
