the tax cut did not help the 50% of Americans who paid no federal income taxes.......no cut of federal income taxes could......but it helped everyone who paid federal income taxes.........unemployment IS a number......it is the number of people who do not have jobs........it is not the number of people who have jobs but are not allowed to go to them.......and those orders are NOT necessary.......period.......
