Now We Need To Revisit Lt. Michael Byrd

I suppose that she's successfully kept DOJ lawfare operatives from targeting Trump, so that's definitely a plus. If that (and her constant Fox News appearances) are all that's expected of her, then she's been doing a good job so far.

She comes on the heels of the most openly corrupt AG in American history. She looks damn good to those who prefer honest government. I don't want tit for tat lawfare against the Stalinists - I want a return to the rule of law. Bondi represents that, even if she frustrates those who desire revenge against the Stalinists.

You think so,
I'm absolutely certain. Byrd would have an attorney who could eliminate biased jurors.

I believe no way, you guys will just continue to make accusations not based on facts.
How will my accusations affect the outcome of a fair trial?

She won’t file charges because she would get totally embarrassed in court in a high profile case!
I'd like for her to face the potential embarrassment and require Byrd to answer for his cowardly murder of Ashli Babbit.

You will see!
I certainly hope so.

The problem is convicting a Black Democrat in DC for killing a Trump supporter. Jury nullification seems likely. Can we say OJ?

Change of venue works. More the trial to Texas - it's federal so nothing stops it. There needs to be a legitimate investigation, then a fair trial.

Nice. Consider your fat king tipped.
LOL

It seems that you somehow think the video from a police body cam is not video?
I point out that the lack of any video that you have posted lacks any video.

I posted the video from Fanone's body cam which shows some of the people that attacked him.
You must have accidentally posted just an image or a screen capture. Post the video itself, here in this thread.

Link? How do you know he wasn't in the back with the rest of the Congressional folks?

If you notice, in the above picture you can see another officer further down the hallway and he doesn't even have his weapon drawn, let alone is reacting to Babbitt. It is clear he is moving latterly to Babbitt and headed towards the rooms on the left of the picture.
If Byrd goes to trial (and there is no statute of limitations) then his chances are not good.

LOL

:bigthink:

You really should read your own links, Terry. He was in the basement of Congress, not "Hawlin' Ass" to through the mob to join your Orange Messiah in the WH.

"In the widely circulated video aired by the Jan. 6 committee, Hawley was seen running through a Senate hallway and then briskly descending a staircase to the basement, fleeing with other senators and staffers to a secure location as rioters closed in after breaching the Capitol on Jan. 6."

He was protecting the Congress people.

I'd say his chance is pretty good.
Agreed, although I'd love to see this go to trial and replay the entire MAGA attack on Congress just before the Midterms.

MAGAts really are pretty fucking stupid. They can't see past the flash Trump waves in front of them to the final results.
