I think there's a perfect solution to things that would solve the problem. Give them nutraloaf. Perfectly balanced complete nutrition, no selling foodstamps for getting your nails did, takes care of both parties of concern. Anyone starving to death like people apparently are if the news is to be believed, will get all the sustenance they need to survive and get back on their feet, while keeping them striving to better their lives and get a fucking job.
