Oath Keeper Brian Ulrich pleads guilty to seditious conspiracy

As a mob ransacked the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021, Roger Stone, Donald Trump’s longest-serving political adviser, hurried to pack a suitcase inside his elegant suite on the fifth floor of the Willard hotel. He wrapped his tailored suits in trash bags, reversed his black face mask so its “Free Roger Stone” logo was hidden, then slipped out of town for a hastily arranged private flight from Dulles International Airport.
“I really want to get out of here,” Stone told an aide, as they were filmed at the hotel by a Danish camera crew for a documentary on the veteran Republican operative. Stone said he feared prosecution by the incoming attorney general, Merrick Garland. “He is not a friend,” Stone said.
Stone allowed the filmmakers to document his activities during extended periods over more than two years. In addition to interviews and moments when Stone spoke directly to the camera, they also captured fly-on-the-wall footage of his actions, candid off-camera conversations from a microphone he wore and views of his iPhone screen as he messaged associates on an encrypted app. Reporters from The Washington Post reviewed more than 20 hours of video filmed for the documentary, “A Storm Foretold,” which is expected to be released later this year.

A Danish film crew was filming him for years for a documentary

There’s a film due out shortly

I’m sure Congress has talked to them a few times

Brian Ulrich, one of the 11 members of the Oath Keepers facing sedition-related charges, pleaded guilty to "obstruction of an official proceeding" and seditious conspiracy in federal court on Friday, becoming the second person to plead guilty to the gravest charges to emerge from the January 6, 2021, US Capitol attack.

According to the plea agreement, Ulrich, 44, will cooperate with the Justice Department in its historic prosecution against the far-right extremist organization. He could face more than six years in prison, according to the deal read aloud during Wednesday's hearing, but prosecutors may ask for a lower sentence depending on Ulrich's level of cooperation.

Read...they are going to show proof that the MAGA members of Congress were complicit.

The guilty plea is another major step in the criminal case against the Oath Keepers, as prosecutors work to show how they believe the group of men plotted to stash weapons across the Potomac River, go to the Capitol and stop Congress' certification of the Electoral College vote. The case has grown dramatically over the past year, relying in part on explosive private messages between Oath Keepers leaders, video of the group from the week they were in DC, and the cooperation of at least six other Capitol riot defendants with ties to the Oath Keepers organization.

It began with lower level staffers who witnessed trump's elation as he watched the terrorists for hours. Given that they are now unemployable due to trump, they are happy to come forward.

Then the tresspassers were taken to court, where many whined like cowards. Some offered up info on the terrorist plot, if they were that high up the food chain.

We eventually come down to these more violent primaries who are smart enough to roll on those who sit in Washington. Because everyone in Washington is about saving their own hides.

June is going to be a great month.

It's all fun and games until they are facing life in a Supermax so they are doing the smart thing: rolling over on their fellow traitors and terrorists. LOL

Reports say this keyboard warrior Brian Ulrich was heard to be weeping at the hearing.

He's 44 years old, probably has spent all of his time in prison and now faces up to 6 more years. I'd be crying too. LOL Fucking morons.

Good. Bet there's more than one JPPer sweating about now.

So much for "oath keeping" and being a patriotic defender of the U.S. He turned on his little buddies the minute his own ass was in peril.

Good thing, because facing a bunch of die hards and fanatics would be a hell of a lot messier. It's going to be a laugh riot watching the right wing media bullhorn and it's sycophants bitch and moan about Homeland Security, because they sure as hell were all gung-ho about it when the focus was on people of Middle Eastern lineage and those not in agreement with the "war on terror" .

Great observation. That brings up a question: Does the Reichwing media even report on these plea bargains, convictions, sentencings, etc.? How could Fox possibly spin it? My guess is they don't even mention it.
