Obama finally admits obamacare is a tax increase

Well, no one answered, so I'll just go ahead with it. Bush's wars were also a tax increase. And he didn't admit it.

I'm calling him out!

why are you still angry? i asked a simple question and you fly off the handle. tell me, what lies have i told? what is untruthful about this thread?

can you actually focus on the thread topic and not go off on your meth fueled rampages?

I'm not angry and you continue to be a liar, an obfuscator and many more unflattering descriptions that I could use to define you and your ilk. I guess "idiot" best suits you. What's all this about "meth"? Just what is "meth"? Do you have any evidence to support your assertions on "meth" or taxing everyone that makes under $250,000 due to the SCOTUS decision upholding the Affordable Care Act or anything else that you so ignorantly purport on these subjects? You're a piece of work, yuck. A very bad piece of work.

no surprise bijou runs away from the actual topic again.

why are you afraid to address this topic?

I think Bijou made it very plain that you are a complete bore. I agree with that assessment but maybe I have a bit more stamina in that kind of tolerance than Bijou does.

gatorman:

can you actually discuss the topic without flying off the handle?

as to the under 250K....that is a fact. there are many, many people making under 250K that do not have health insurance. under obamacare, they would have to pay a tax if they don't buy health insurance. that is a tax raise.

And that is a lie, plain and simple. Go back and read your very own writing. You stink.

Despite earlier claims by the White House that the individual mandate is a “penalty” not a tax, President Barack Obama on Friday used the word “tax” to describe his health care overhaul during a campaign rally in Virginia.

“By the way, if you’ve got health insurance, you’re not getting hit by a tax,” Obama said during a campaign event in Roanoke, Va. “The only thing that’s happening to you is that you now have more security because insurance companies can’t drop you when you get sick.”

Vagrant
1. a person who wanders about idly and has no permanent home or employment; vagabond; tramp.
2. Law . an idle person without visible means of support, as a tramp or beggar.
http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/vagrant?s=t&ld=1032

People can be fined or imprisoned for being a vagrant. It would appear one is obliged to pay rent/mortgage so as to have a place to live. Is one's rent/mortgage considered a tax? Is the fine imposed a penalty or tax? Furthermore, if lacking a visible means of support is punishable isn't that government forced labor?

It seems to me those who are "pro-freedom" would be vigorously challenging vagrancy laws.

apples/oranges.....apple. you're talking about powers of the federal government. according to scotus, the only way the feds can enforce this law is to have the law come under the auspices of the tax clause in the US constitution.

vagrancy laws are wholly different than forcing you and i to purchase something.

Where can one live without making a purchase? You either pay a mortgage or rent.

Yes....the monstrosity of ER primary care will indeed have to go.

You obviously don't know what you are talking about. OWEfuckheadbamacare won't change people using the ER for non emergent conditions. I don't blame you for not knowing this because as an obvious liberal, you are deficient in basic economic understanding. But, I am here to help. Allow me to help.

1) Let's for a second assume the number of uninsured people is at 30 million and that these uninsured people don't have primary care doctors because they don't have insurance. Those aren't my numbers, those are the numbers used by leftwing nut jobs pushing their socialist dreams.

2) Has the number of primary care physicians increased to handle the workload of 30 million people with health insurance? I think not. In fact many physicians are walking away and not accepting Mediscare or Medicaid. Where will these people land?

3) The ER

The laws of supply and demand are immutable. They are like gravity. They just are. They do not change because left wingers don't like it. It costs more and more to become a physician, not only in real dollars but opportunity costs. Reimbursements are getting less and less from both the gobblement and private payers. The incentive for to become a physician is becoming less and less.

Demand goes up (OWEfuckheadbamacare) Supply goes down (OWEfuckheadcare). Who do you think will suffer? The rich, who can pay cash for any care that they want? Or the poor? I will give you three guesses and the first two don't count.

The lessons are free sweetheart, what you do with them is entirely up to you ;)
