Except for Paul, any one of the GOP candidates are more likely to avoid a 9-11 and better able to react if one occurs on their watch. How 'bout Romney or McCain.... Better President if we have another 9/11?

Hence the little winky...Why do you guys even talk about this. We are fightin' em in Iraq so we don't have to fight em here. There will be no 9/11 ever again cause we overthrew Saddam and killed Udday and Qusay so the world is safe from another 9/11.
Now back to reality. By another 9/11 do you mean more planes flown into buildings? Some huge explosion? What. Al Qaeda screwed themselves by being so successful in September of 2001, because if forced the rest of the world to review their intell gathering apparatus. The US had become enamored of high tech gadgets to gather intel and had let the humint side of the house go to shit. That has been changed, more efforts are being put forth to turning human assets on that side and placing assets from this side. This is what is going to protect us from another 9/11, but if the Repubs and SOME dems can't scare us with "the next 9/11" we might elect someone not chosen for us by the powers that be.
As I recall Libs said the same thing about Reagan. Remember, that man, "Idiot Raygun", responsible for defeating the soviet Union without firing a single shot?
Bush 43 will have a great legacy.
Damn - I just spit out my beer. What a waste.
And what a positively absurd comparison to make. The Reagan Presidency was nothing like Bush's.
Bush will be reviled by history. He'll easily go down as one of the worst ever.
I wonder - do you think the GOP will even have him speak at the convention this summer?
