OK, now we're getting somewhere. I was referring to the overall reversal rate, not the reversal rate of any particular judge. The overall reversal rate is around 75%.
she had 3, and soon to be 4, cases reversed on 6 heard by USSC after nearly 80 opinions? the numbers here aren't important anymore, what will be though are the 3 cases that were reversed. anyone know what they were?
